Sarah is a Senior Consultant in the Transport team at Element Energy, dedicated to electric vehicle charging projects. Her work uniquely combines expert knowledge of the UK’s EV charging infrastructure market, charging strategy development for local authorities and project management of charge point deployment projects – working with a range of stakeholders to ensure access to charging infrastructure is no longer a barrier to EV uptake.

Hugh is an engineer and entrepreneur who has built two companies generating over £50m of revenue worldwide. He has patented and developed 11 technologies used worldwide in the oil industry. As Chief Operating Officer Hugh brings his 15 years of oil field business experience throughout the world to the Trojan team and is responsible for day to day operations within Trojan Energy. After twenty-three years in the oil industry Hugh is now determined to use his creativity and experience accelerating the transition to Net-Zero.

Julian helps the BPA membership understand and respond to the opportunities posed by carbon reduction, energy, data and apps alongside active travel, connected and electric vehicles. He brings a wealth of experience from leadership and research roles to support partnerships across the public, private and academic sectors to improve the user experience of mobility and parking, and sustainable, innovative solutions to their common challenges. He co-hosts the popular BPA podcast ‘Beyond Parking’, and leads on a range of national initiatives including Park Active, which aims to provide a framework for the parking sector to enable active travel, tailored to local needs and supporting high streets.
